Throughout his career, Arif has built and led high-performance engineering organizations, translating complex technical challenges into scalable, commercially viable solutions. His experience spans artificial intelligence, machine learning, real-time analytics, and distributed computing in environments where reliability and performance are essential.

Prior to SibylCor, Arif led technology for an AI-driven predictive maintenance and diagnostics company supporting U.S. defense and energy infrastructure, processing millions of sensor data points daily. Earlier, he founded and led a technology company that developed and commercialized high-performance distributed systems, including a real-time trading platform adopted as the core trading system of an institutional hedge fund.

At SibylCor, Arif combines his experience as a technology entrepreneur and engineering executive with a focus on advancing industrial condition intelligence, helping organizations understand equipment health, anticipate failures, and make more informed decisions to protect critical infrastructure.

How We Work

Section 5 of 7

Engineering-driven. Built for reliability.

SibylCor combines electrical engineering, rotating machinery physics and applied AI to translate operating data into actionable equipment diagnostics and prognostics.

  • Engineering first

Every capability begins with a failure mode, not a feature request. Physics before algorithms. Cause before correlation.

  • Depth over breadth

Focused expertise in motor-driven equipment and rotating machinery, backed by physics-based diagnostics rather than generic anomaly detection.

  • Verifiable outcomes

Every diagnostic conclusion is designed to trace back to a physics-based model and the evidence behind it. We show our work, because our customers’ operations depend on it.

  • Adaptive by design

Built to learn. As your operations evolve, your asset models evolve.
